Niger drought leads to food crisis
Half the population of Niger are suffering from inadequate access to food. 17% of under five year olds are severely malnourished. The effects of the drought have even reached the capital city. These stories show how the food crisis is impacting the people of Niger and how the Red Cross is responding to their needs.
